Our vehicles come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Our warranty does not limit and may not exceed your rights under those guarantees.

The warranty period will commence on the date of delivery or when it is first registered, whichever comes first.

Sometimes the unexpected can happen. In the unlikely event you need assistance, help is just a phone call away.

Simply call 1800 957 454 to access SsangYong Roadside Assist.

The SsangYong Roadside Assistance Program will cover you for things like:

FLAT BATTERY Jump start - covered
Replacement - covered if under warranty
Out of warranty replacement - Owner Expense
Tow trailer to safety - covered
Towing to same destination as vehicle - Owner Expense
In the event your vehicle needs towing to an authorised SsangYong Dealer - you are covered
OUT OF FUEL Fuel to get to nearest fuel station - covered
Towing to nearest fuel station - covered
Incorrect fuel type used - Owner expense
KEYS We will cover you if:
Keys are locked in the car
Keys are lost or stolen
Key is broken
Immobiliser is inoperative
If you break down in a remote area - covered
*delays may apply
TAXI SERVICE Up to $50 taxi fare (if required) - Covered
Fee over $50 - Owner Expense
Replacement of a damaged tyre / wheel with a serviceable, roadworthy and
compatible spare - covered
If the vehicle issue can be rectified on the roadside and it is safe to do so - covered
ACCOMODATION If an incident has happened overnight, SsangYong Australia will cover up to 3 nights accommodation at $150 per night (inc GST).

CAR HIRE Car rental covers daily rental fee only. Excludes insurance, tax and/or stamp duty charges or relocation fees. Car hire is covered for up to 5 days at a cap of $100 per day (inc GST)

Length of SsangYong Roadside Cover -

SsangYong Australia (SYAU) Standard Complimentary Roadside Cover is valid for Eligible Vehicles, 12 months from the date of first registration, and cannot be transferred to any other vehicle. SsangYong Australia will extend the Complimentary Roadside Assistance coverage where an Eligible Buyer completes the SsangYong Vehicles scheduled services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the service requirements, conducted by an Authorised SsangYong dealer. Conducting the vehicles scheduled Servicing at an authorised SsangYong dealer will extend the Vehicles roadside assistance coverage, for an additional 12-month term, up to a maximum of 7 years, from the date of first registration. If an eligible buyer does not service the eligible vehicle in line with the service schedule at an authorised SsangYong dealer, the extended roadside coverage will expire.
